Please read these terms carefully before using our local delivery service.
Valdosta Food Delivery Local operates as a logistics and courier service provider. We connect independent local restaurants with customers for the purpose of food delivery. We are not the seller, preparer, or manufacturer of any food items.
We pride ourselves on Zero Food Markups. You pay the exact menu price set by the restaurant partner. Total costs include the food price, applicable state sales tax, a delivery fee calculated via our Map API, and any optional driver gratuity.
Our service is on-demand during our scheduled operating hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is dispatched, you can track your driver in real-time via the Shipday link provided.
As we do not prepare the food, Valdosta Food Delivery Local is not responsible for food quality, accuracy of orders, or health-related issues arising from food consumption. Any such concerns must be directed to the specific restaurant partner.
Our driver partners are local independent contractors. We require all drivers to maintain valid insurance and professional conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who mistreats our delivery partners.
